In my 20's I developed adult acne which only got worse in my 30's. This inspired me to go back to school and study skin care. What did you learn? Skin is the largest organ in the body and protects us from outside elements. Environmental factors, like sun and pollutants, greatly affect the aging process. It is never too early or too late to take care of your skin. The best defense against outside factors is simple. Get regular facials and follow a good home care routine of washing, exfoliating, moisturizing, and wearing sun protection.
